If you wish to postpone your order to a later date or change the details of your order, please contact us before 11:59 p.m. on the Thursday preceding your scheduled pick-up date. We will keep your products frozen for a period of 3 weeks in the event of non-recovery on the originally scheduled date.

The Belle-Alliance Center undertakes to notify customers by e-mail of the confirmation of their order and its completion. A reminder will also be sent before the cancellation deadline. If the order is not collected by the due date, the center will attempt to contact the customer to find a solution.

Nevertheless, if no agreement is reached or if the customer does not come forward within four weeks of the initially scheduled pick-up date - or within a shorter period for products with limited shelf life - the said order will be declared abandoned. It is important to note that no refunds will be issued for orders deemed abandoned.
