The loyalty points service is available only for tickets purchased online or at least three days before the event.

No points can be earned or redeemed for tickets purchased at the door on the day of the event.

Loyalty Program Policy

1. Program Objective

The La Belle-Alliance loyalty program aims to reward customers for their loyalty through exclusive benefits.

2. Membership
 

  • The program is free and open to all adults.
     

  • Membership is obtained when making an online or in-store purchase.
     

  • Only one loyalty account is allowed per customer.

3. Point Eligibility Conditions
 

  • The loyalty points service is available only for tickets purchased online or for any purchase made at least three (3) days before the event.
     

  • No points can be earned or redeemed for tickets purchased at the door on the day of the event.
     

4. Program Operation
 

  • Each eligible purchase earns points according to the current conditions.
     

  • Points are credited after the purchase has been validated.
     

  • Points do not expire.
     

5. Use of Points

  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a third party.
     

  • Benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.

6. Point Claims and Adjustments
 

  • Customers may submit a claim in case of an error regarding their points.
     

  • All requests will be reviewed; however, priority will be given to claims from in-store purchases.
     

  • For online purchases, La Belle-Alliance will assess whether the error stems from a technical issue and reserves the right to accept or deny the claim.
     

  • Any purchase made before January 6, 2026, is not eligible for a point claim.
     

  • No claims will be accepted more than three (3) months after the purchase date.
     

  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
     

7. Loyalty Account and In-Store Operation

  • La Belle-Alliance does not provide a physical loyalty card.
     

  • For in-store purchases, customers must provide the email address used when creating their account so that points can be added.
     

  • Updating the points balance may take several days.
     

8. Personal Data

Information collected is used solely for the loyalty program and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
 

9. Program Modification or Termination

La Belle-Alliance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time, without obligation of compensation.
 

10. Acceptance

Membership in the program implies full and complete acceptance of this policy.
 

La Belle-Alliance reserves the right to modify this loyalty policy at any time, without notice.
