Yoga with Karen Langevin 

This session will include basic yoga positions (standing, sitting, kneeling, on the belly and lying on the back).  This session will work on all parts of the body.  You do not need to worry if you have difficulty kneeling or sitting on the floor easily as you will be able to adjust your positions by using either a chair or a cushion.  No experience needed.  For individuals 14 and over.
