Gentle yoga with Karen Langevin 

This session will include basic yoga postures in standing, floor, kneeling, tummy and back positions. You'll enjoy a gentle, flowing practice that works the whole body. You needn't worry if you can't kneel or sit easily on the floor, as I'll offer several modifications using a stable chair or cushion. No previous experience is required. For people aged 14 and over.
