La Belle-Alliance invites you to a free yoga class!

The class will be led by Sonia Archambault, at the Belle-Alliance Center on August 25 from 10 to 11:30 am.

Mats will be provided, but you can bring your own if you wish. Bring a thick towel to use as a headrest. 

After the session, a light snack will be offered.
