Dear members of La Belle-Alliance,
We would like to inform you that an amendment to La Belle-Alliance's by-laws will be proposed at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 7. This amendment, attached to this letter, mainly concerns membership and the process for becoming a member of the regional committees in their respective regions, as well as the SAF'Île.
